Wonderful realtors, new friends! We had an amazing experience teaming up with Mike and Lani purchasing our Gilbert, Arizona home. They spent the time to understand what we were looking for prior to us coming into town. When we met up to tour home options Lani had printed out a great gameplan. It was amazing document control. She explained how to use them as we looked at potential homes. This was a great tool for Bridgett and me to use after the tours were done for the day. There was no wasted time, and we felt no pressure during this process. Very Enjoyable! With all of Mike and Lani’s Knowledge of the communities they put us in perfect areas for us. I was amazed how much knowledge Mike had regarding potential problems with the different generations and construction of homes in the area. It was almost like being with a contractor. Mike nailed the problems with our eventual home, got us the discount to make the repairs and set us up with the contractor to complete the updates. Mike set us up with a pool person and pest control. He met them for us at the new house while we were packing up in Washington. This took a ton of pressure off of Bridgett and me. When we arrived at our new home, they had the temperature set perfectly. They had a thick packet with all the important information for care of the house. That has been a life saver! Our new friends left us a care package of household items to get us going. There were also housewarming gifts for us and our dogs. All of this support and kindness made our move a fantastic experience! As I said earlier, not only did we meet wonderful realtors, we feel like we have life-long friends in Gilbert.
