My wife and I could not be happier with the outstanding service provided by Mike and Leilani West! As so often happens, we found a house we liked before having our existing home ready to list. We were nervous and uncertain about making an offer on a new house knowing that there would be at least a month delay before listing our present home. Their guidance was so reassuring and helpful that we “took the plunge,” and I am writing this review from that new house. Mike and Lani helped us through the ups and downs of the process, and their expertise and experience had us feeling very secure throughout with the knowledge that we were in very good hands! One could write pages and pages about what sets Mike and Lani apart from other realtors, but I will try to mention just a handful of the qualities that really hit home with us.
1. Mike and Lani are pure professionals! They have a very successful strategy that works. They will promote your house in a first class, comprehensive manner. They also understand the position of the home seller/buyer, and will ALWAYS put their clients first. They will honestly voice concerns, or make recommendations, but leave all final decisions to you. They truly work hard to earn you the best price, and will NOT put their interests ahead of your own.
2. They are excellent communicators. They are very easy and pleasant to talk with, and always appear relaxed and engaged. You are kept well informed with how things are progressing, and even receive feedback from prospective buyers on what they liked or didn’t like about your home.
3. Their names carry clout. They have excellent reputations, and are well respected in the community and in the profession.
4. Lastly, I have made such great use of their moving truck over the last couple months that it bears mentioning. Their moving truck is readily available for client’s use, and we have used it on a number of occasions now. As a person familiar with the pain of U-Haul transactions, the time and money saved by this perk is a godsend!
So, in closing, I would like to mention that we have not a single criticism or complaint about Mike or Lani West, and the service they provided us. They were a reliable as the sun rising each morning. We will gladly recommend them to anyone we meet who is searching for a realtor.
