I am honored and excited to write a review of working with the West team! I had the privilege to select Michael and Lani West after vetting five realtors. The West team stood out from the rest due to many factors. I will speak to each one. First, Michael displayed professionalism the moment he entered my home. He was Covid ready and safe with a mask and shoe protection. His demeanor was pleasant and friendly, and he arrived with information about his Teams client’s homes, and motivational ideas about selling my home. He also listened to my ideas, took notes, and was clear on taking the next steps, including a next visit to discuss price and logistics. Secondly, Michael arrived on the second appointed time to bring his package of materials that displayed how he would sell my home, including a price breakdown based on comps in the area. What made the West team stand out was the realistic nature of the sale. He had listened to my issues and knew what it would take to sell my home. His math and research knowledge sold me, as well as his history of being competent in the real estate arena. Thirdly, Michael and Lani communicated with my son’s family (who were living with me) and me daily regarding showings, Covid protections, and what other realtors were saying about my home. All communication was professional and extremely helpful. Since I was on vacation in Denver and Mexico the first week of showings, I felt informed and very comfortable with the skilled communication of the West team. Finally, I was impressed and delighted to learn that there was a firm, positive offer on my home after four days! Again, I was impressed how Michael walked me through that offer, and how he helped me decide on accepting it. It was painless and very easy. The weeks that followed until closing were nothing short of EASY due to these incredible people. Lani used her skills to do what she does best, and Michael did the same. The inspection and the appraisal process were flawless due to the West team being proactive, communicative, and so clear with all parties. I could not have been happier with how quickly the signing process went. I can’t say enough about the West Team! Lani and Michael are the most capable professional realtors I have ever worked with. This was my sixth home I have sold. I am a single woman. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I recommend them without one doubt. I can’t thank them enough for the experience of working with them.
