According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), falls have now taken the unenviable position of being the leading cause of accidental injuries and fatalities among senior citizens.
Your safety is our utmost priority, and “KEEP OFF THE LADDER” embodies our unwavering commitment to ensure that every member of the Solera community can enjoy their homes without worrying about the risks of accidents. Let’s come together to create a safer and more secure living environment for all, one home at a time.
This includes the replacement of:
- Smoke alarm batteries
- A/C filters
- Light bulbs
- Assisting with adding salt to soft water loop

Once you’ve made your request, we will promptly reach out to you and coordinate a suitable date and time for our visit. In the meantime, please gather whatever necessary supplies are needed in advance of our visit. Once we are at your home we will take care of the installation.
Every week, we will be making our way through Solera! You can easily identify us when we are on our mission; just keep an eye out for our distinctive red SUV adorned with bright yellow signs that read “KEEP OFF THE LADDER”.
